I forgot all about this one! It actually made me laugh out loud when I read it — or “LOL”, as the kids say these days (picture me setting my cane down to do finger quotes when you read that sentence).

Mr. McMeddle is wearing a Gryffindor scarf, from the Harry Potter movies. Not that I’m a huge fan — I haven’t even seen them all — I just remember adding that detail in there for some reason.
