This is the second appearance of Ovis. I never ended up using this character as much as I had originally intended to. His name comes from the genus for sheep, because he was meant to be just that, a sheep. Someone who had no personality of his own and just followed everyone else, mostly Orneryboy. I had a whole bunch of story ideas including his character, but in the end I think he only appeared in the comic maybe 3 or 4 times. The quote from the TV is from Twin Peaks, of course.
